An intro from Bryce Quartz

Hey there, I'm Bryce! I make some of the gayest music that's out there, and have the resume to prove it.

-

I've been making music since 2017, and have since grown my following through viral videos on social media, NSFW music videos, and performing from the West Coast to Norway.

-

I'm also a writer for Bear World Magazine and Gayming Magazine and have interviewed over 100+ people in the LGBTQ+ community as well as written highlight pieces on events and people too.

Bryce's story

Bryce Quartz is a queer rapper currently based in Queens, NY. Born and raised in Randleman, NC, Bryce spent his adolescence stuck in the closet. Even with an interest in music and poetry throughout his life, he didn’t fully embrace his passion for it until late 2017.

From 2018 to 2020, Bryce released three mixtapes in his American Queer trilogy series that explored his childhood, grief, rage, sadness, politics, introspection, queer joy, and religion. Through these mixtapes, Bryce grew as an artist by learning how to properly write lyrics, project his voice, and brand himself as a musician.

His most notable track from this series titled F.U. (Falwell University) got him promptly banned from Liberty University over the music video for it due to the vulgar commentary on what the school stands for and from burning his student ID on the founder Jerry Falwell Sr.’s “eternal flame” grave.

In October of 2020, Bryce released the queer voter anthem You Brita Vote, Kay? with RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Brita Filter. This song landed features from NewNowNext, LogoTV, Queerty, Instinct Magazine, and the RuPaul’s Drag Race social media accounts.

In May of 2021, Bryce amassed over a million views on social media for a sexually infused gay remix of TOKYO’S REVENGE’s song GOODMORNINGTOKYO! that he cheekily titled Goodmorningbq!. This created a foundation for his music career, prompting him to finally make the move to New York City for more opportunities, more connections, and a place he could finally call home.

From NC to NYC

Following his move from North Carolina to New York City, he focused on building a new life in the big city and mastering the craft of making music by featuring on several tracks for other artists.

In late 2021, Bryce dropped the collab hyperpop EP with xMetalMouthx titled Controller. In 2022, Bryce worked with Nick White on Ghost, an introspective track with dark themes and introspective lyrics. Both of these projects showed Bryce can work with different genre approaches and themes.

For pride month in 2023, Bryce featured on Bargasm, an all LGBTQ+ rap cypher with queer artists from around the world, including RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Aja, Big Daddy Karsten, and more.

Following his viral success from 2021, Bryce released his debut studio EP titled The Sextape in 2024 establishing a foundational body of work for his fans and career. It includes the viral tracks Cum Pirate, Daddy Dick, Gameboy, and Sodomite (feat. Big Daddy Karsten).

Bryce also did something never done before in the music industry for his tracks Cum Pirate and Daddy Dick. He released two versions of the music videos for both tracks; one that's "safe-for-work" on YouTube and another that's "not-safe-for-work" with full nudity and sexual activity on JustForFans.

From The Sextape to Sex Icon

In 2024, Bryce did a mini-tour in California for the release of Cum Pirate. Shortly after he flew home, he was hospitalized and had surgery on a hernia he had developed over time. Two months later, he filmed the music video for Daddy Dick on Father's Day, but just a few weeks after that, his hernia repair failed rendering him physically disabled for months.

After hitting rock bottom physically and mentally due to evolving issues with his health, he eventually found a specialist that performed an abdominal reconstruction surgery and has slowly been recovering ever since.

Even though he still lives with chronic pain and walks with a cane, he's pushed through it all to keep pursuing his passion in music.

Despite all odds, he released his latest single titled Sex Icon with Shilow and Yvie Oddly in 2026, and delivered another duo of clean and uncensored music videos for the track that has become quintessential to his brand as a gay and sexually liberated musician.
